Vision
To become a leading study program in education, research, and community service in the field of management, based on the philosophy of Adventist Christian education, to produce competent management graduates who contribute to society by 2030.
Mission
- To provide quality higher education in producing management graduates grounded in the values of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
- To advance knowledge, technology, and the arts (IPTeKS) related to economics and management to enhance human well-being and dignity.
- Producing management graduates who are capable of meeting the needs of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, as well as contributing to society, the business sector, and government.
- To engage in community service initiatives.
Goals
First Mission:

- To develop an educational system in the field of management that meets national competency standards based on the values of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.

- To create a conducive, ethical, dynamic, and democratic academic environment to enhance the quality of education in Indonesia, particularly in the fields of management and religious studies, based on the values of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.

- Producing management graduates who are capable of utilizing technological media as a means of disseminating scientific research findings in the field of management.
Third Mission:
- Producing management graduates who are devoted to God Almighty and uphold integrity.
- Producing professional management graduates who are capable of self-development for service.
Fourth Mission:
- Carrying out community service to apply management principles in order to enhance the quality of management science, as well as develop character and mental resilience in society.
- Providing seminar services, workshops, counseling, and outreach programs for young people within the Seventh-day Adventist Church organization.
